Replaced Living room and Dining Room Windows
I wanted to replace two 1980's era windows in my home. I also wanted to replace the original oak trim around the windows, which was badly worn and cracked and drafty. Nick assisted me to select the right windows for my situation, and an installation procedure that would involve gutting and replacing the entire window openings, providing insulation to stop the drafts, and replacement of the worn out oak frames with new oak frames customized to match the profile of the wood in my house. Shortly afterwards, Layne the project manager visited, took measurements and explained the installation process. Within a few weeks the windows were ready, and a team of Edgar, Fernando and Luiz expertly removed the old windows and installed the new ones, complete with beautiful new oak frames, which I now only have to stain to match the other wood in my home. I'm thrilled with the results and very pleased with the entire process. Bravo to all!
