I had an electrical panel upgraded in my home in order to accommodate my electrical needs. I specified that there were overload issues. The guys who came showed up with a panel that had an inspection sticker already signed and dated that was never inspected by Rob. The behavior of the guys who did it was unacceptable--ie: standing on furniture with dirty boots, urinating in my backyard, etc... When I complained I was told the work could be done 'properly' for an extra $1000. Unacceptable.

Had a quote provided by 'Mark' which was pretty limited in scope. Because I knew that this roof was tough to do I had a list of other items that I wanted included in the contract. I provided a copy and signed and dated the sheet--it was supposed to be used to amend the quote. I felt that this would be beneficial, except that it was never to be seen again. The 'crew' was inferior and the roof leaked on the first rain--no attempts to get repairs were successful. Very disappointed.

Davidoff Roofing has replaced a roof on two separate properties that I own in North London. They were professional, courteous and on time. They even took pictures of some damaged areas to show me some problem areas I never would have known about, given the extreme pitch of the roof. They fixed trouble areas without adding to the bill--as in the estimate for the bill included a couple of ranges for some extra work the may or may not need to be done depending what was under the roof--the actual amount was exactly the minimum of the quoted range. Thanks to Brad for making a reasonable and easy to follow quote. I liked that they used appropriate safety gear for a steep roof and they cleaned up the site thoroughly. Very very pleased.

After having some terrible tenants and having to evict them, I had to change the locks on the house. The house is older and the lock needs to be attended to by someone who knows what he's doing, so that's why I call D & L. From call to service completion was less than two hours, and the service itself took about 10 minutes. I just like knowing that the money I've paid for a job to be done has been well spent, and by using D & L, I'm confident that I got great service.

I had the company come out a year or so ago, and the product failed to adhere. I called them a couple montha ago and found out that the person who applied the product didn't do it properly, but the new owners of the company came out promptly and did an excellent job! I understand the former employee does not work there anymore, so you can expect a great result!

What was quoted and asked for was REMOVAL of old shingles and having the entire roof re-shingled. That was what the quote was for, and yet, the company chose to shingle over the roof. When I complained I was told I must not have made my requirements clear to the estimator.
