Tyler is a young but very professional home inspector who did his very best to inspect my basement cold room for mold and my back yard for water entry. He took his time explaining everything to me and wrote a very thorough and professional report about my mold and water problem, complete with pictures. After we gutted the cold room, he offered to return to my home at no extra charge to re-inspect the walls, to find the sources of water entry and to give me advice about how to fix the problem. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism.

The job was pricy but fast and clean as a whistle. They deducted the cost of a box but still brought one anyway, which was a bonus. I was told that one wall would not be removed but it was , I guess because they found mold in the corner, judging from the stain on the studs that were left behind. I was a bit surprised that I was not told during the job that this wall would have to be removed and I found out about it after the job was completed and I was finally able to look inside my cold room. I couldn't go in during the job because the area was completely sealed off. This is a somewhat pricy but excellent (clean and thorough) quality mold removal company. Do not rely on them, however, to diagnose the cause of your water problems as they are not experts in that area. You will need a different type of contractor for that.
