I cannot thank Jarrod of Spartan Pest Control enough for his incredibly professional, thorough and persistent management of the cockroach problem in my home and rental suite caused by the adjoining duplex. Jarrod went way, way, waaaay beyond the call of duty on this one. Because the source of the problem was next door, and because their chosen pest control company did not follow up or ensure that their process was thorough, the issue in our home was ongoing. Jarrod came back weekly until I could finally contact, then convince, the neighbours to hire him for their issue. Jarrod extended my warranty because of their irresponsible attitude, then gave THEM a great price to ensure that they would hire him because he was so committed to following through on his commitment to me and my tenant. The issue resolved the day after the neighbours hired Jarrod. There will forever be a special place in my heart for this man, as the amount of stress that those little critters caused in my home, and for my tenant, was incredible. I may even show up at his funeral to sing his praises. I have told him he should definitely raise his prices, so.... quick, hire him now before he takes my advice!
