Dr. Brian to the rescue again! I walked through the screen door to our deck (for the second time!) and completely destroyed the screen and the entire frame. Brian arrived promptly, took the measurements and delivered a brand new beautiful door. It's so much better than the original -- glides like silk and actually locks properly (unlike the original). Very well priced, extremely well made and super courteous service throughout. Thank you for an excellent job, Brian. We've been telling all our friends about you.

This is the second year that 416-SO-CLEAN has done the spring cleaning on our stairway/landing carpets inside our house and from the outside entry into our house. We have 3 dogs, so the external carpets were very dirty after a snowy and muddy winter. They now look and feel like new! Speedy service, excellent team, and beautiful job! As always, a superb job by the Hi-Lite team. This is the 4th time we have used their services and the quality and care has been consistent each and every time. Right from the initial contact with Angie to make the booking to completion of the job by really professional and extremely pleasant technicians our experience has been excellent. We've recommended Hi-Lite to many friends and neighbours and will continue to do so.

Excellent service from beginning to end. I requested a quote online and received an immediate response and was able to book right away. I was told at the time of booking that the crew would arrive at that time but I should allow for half an hour on either side in case they completed the previous job earlier or later. They arrived within 15 minutes of the booked time. Matthew and Justen, who did the work, were extremely professional and also very pleasant young men. They completed the job in record time and did a beautiful job. All in all, it was an excellent experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use 416-S0-CLEAN again and to recommend them to my friends.

This is the second time we've used Clean Cut and the work and service has been outstanding both times. The company is extremely responsive -- quick with a site visit and quote and just as quick to get the job scheduled. Scotty and Brandon have been our "crew" for both jobs and they do an excellent and meticulous job. And then they clean up so well afterwards that you wouldn't know they'd even been there! Beautiful job ... couldn't be happier.

Arby Cartage was wonderful to deal with -- from initial contact and quotation to the arrival at our new home. The crew was fantastic. They arrived early, loaded the truck in record time and had us all unpacked by 3:00 in the afternoon. Nothing broken; nothing scratched. They laid our carpets and positioned our furniture in all the right places before they left. They even helped to get everything into our storage locker in a well-organized and tidy manner. It was like an act of magic! 5 star service for sure!
