Heritage home in Queens Park, New Westminster, BC: We have heard many horror stories about home renovation projects thus we went to great efforts, interviewing six companies and speaking to their references before we decided on hiring Casey [owner of Reflections Painting & Remodeling]. He finished our project yesterday and we are extremely pleased with the quality of Casey's work and his professionalism. The final product looks fantastic, and he completed our project on time and on budget. He even threw in a trim here, and a wall there, just because he felt the overall project would benefit from the attention to added detail... and he jumped in to help my husband replace a heavy fascia board up on our second floor roof! Project details: - interior paint; 80% of all walls, doors, & trim [quite ornate heritage style trim] - carpentry work [doors & jams] - power washing; house and sheds - exterior paint; wooden dormer shakes & trim - fascia replacement [assisted my husband with construction and installation] *note: Approximate cost includes materials. To save time, we purchased the materials and had them ready for Casey when he came.
