Jen is very responsive on the phone. gave me her cell to send over pics and instructions. Scheduling was very easy. Kevin came on time and fixed the issue without much interruption. Great service and awesome client attention! Pricing was very reasonable.

I called the company to get a quote to fix two washing machines. the estimation for the visit was $89 for the first and then $49 for the second. The company messaged me with the name of the technician (Burak) and links to cancellation policy and job description. very nicely done! Apparently this company is a dispatch service for local techs (per Burak) who takes commission of the job. The job is done and guaranteed by the tech who came over to do the fix. The technician came on time. There was no power for the machine. He asked to check the breaker (I didn't think of that). once I flipped the breaker it was all good. machine fixed! As to the other machine - there was a stuck sock in the pipe and hence it was not draining the water. He pulled it out immediately and all was fine. all done in 15 min. great job guys. much appreciated. Then came the surprise - the diagnostics is one thing but pulling the sock is actually fixing the machine which is extra charges! Apparently there is an extra charge even if no parts are involved in fixing the machine. I didn't know that pulling a sock will cost me extra $130. He actually told me that I got a break in price since he didn't charge me for a fix on the other machine. lucky me. He was in my place for about 15 in and he didn't think that the charge was over estimated. The morning after I called the company and talked to a rep on the phone who also didn't think it was exaggerated. After putting a 2 star review (in my honest opinion) their rep called me. We had a long discussion. he didn't want to acknowledge what I was saying that by analyzing the issue for the washing machine not working (switch was off in one and a sock was plugged in a pipe in the other) we ac tally did the fix and that the diagnostics in this case was the fix but we agreed to disagree. He refunded $50 to my account. I regard this as a good show of will but I could not understand why it had to come to this... BTW, I have been landlord for years and I own few places and with more than 60 tenants I have never had such thing... Conclusion: The tech for this company know what they are doing, notification and service are great. HOWEVER: Diagnostics fee will be a small part of the bill if the washing machine is working after the visit regardless of the work that needed to be put... I recommend checking and verifying all fees before hand if you want to use this referral business. May as well contact the repair man directly and not the middle man.

My tenant called Mr. Rooter for a back flood from the toilets. I was out of the country with a bad cell connection. I gave my tenant full authorization to do what is needed but Mr. Rooter rep had to reach me which made the process really hard to complete. My authorization to my tenant wasn't good enough for them. They were not willing to do anything (even come to inspect the situation) before they had my credit card number on file. They used a snake to remove some blockage and claimed to fix the issue. That was done from one opening at the pipe by the pictures I got. I do not believe they tried to do it from a farther away opening as that opening was full of water. If that was opened they would have noticed that the water are not going down and hence the sane they did was only the side affect. They recommended to power flush the pipe with high pressure water to prevent future problems and estimated that at $1500. The issue was not resolved. Two days after I had another back flood. In the mean time nothing was thrown down the toilet. not even toilet paper. I called them again after few days. They said that the work was not warranted (first time I heard that). They told me that all calls are recorded and they can play it back to me. I asked to get the call recording but never got that... They said that they were not willing to come back without extra charges. I did not feel comfortable with that service level. I went to find another plumber who came immediately and found the issue - blockage at the entrance to the septic tank. The power flush they suggested would have been a real disaster if done. it would not have helped. It seemed that all they wanted to do is charge per service and emphasized that and have me buy membership more than anything else. I had to get a plumber to go down into the septic and break a completely plugged baffle with a hammer. Mr. Rooter was only willing to fix the issue from within the house - much cleaner job. I am happy I didn't get them to do what they wanted since it would not have worked (after two other plumbers have looked into that and gave their opinion).

It is company policy to obtain a credit card number from the homeowner when they can not be present for the work. It is also for the protection of your home, we want to make sure that you are a part of the process and that any work being performed on your home is something you approve of. It is company policy to obtain all information from the home owner including a credit card as you are not present on the site.

Alex responded very fast to respond. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He explained the issue. Was very responsive after the call to answer my questions and followed up himself to see that the issue was solved. I hope all the plumbers will give the same service!!!! highly recommended!

DO NOT use this company! Anthony was able to convince me to pay for the materials and then promised discount if I pay in advance. He never showed up. He kept on rescheduling and claiming that it will be done next week. This has been going on for the last 7 months. He never came to do the job but took the money. He "refunded" my money with a bounced cheque. STAY AWAY!!!
