JMJ did a great job on a condo remodel I was doing for my sister in law. They were recommended by someone that had them do a counter in the same building, so I gave them an email with a drawing, then went in to look at stone samples. I got the best price of all my estimates and they had the quartz slabs in-stock. The installers managed to get a 9ft slab up to the 15th floor in a 8'-6" elevator and laid everything out perfectly. Undermount sink, waterfall end and drop-in cooktop look great. Thanks for the good job! Oh, here are some pictures from install day

We just bought a 26yr old Condo and started renovating. We wanted to get rid of the old dirty popcorn ceiling and got a few quotes. Some were fly-by-night operations, and some wanted $8/sqft. Louie (owner) came by to quote and noticed some loose taping and a bow in the ceiling that nobody else mentioned. He took his measurements and wrote everything down, then explained the process, and broke it down in the stages of work. So to be economical, I chose to paint it myself after it was smoothed and primed, which is good for a DIYer, and saved me some money. The ceilings look great, my wife says the rooms look bigger, and I would recommend them highly. (Actually I already have, in the elevator, to another resident looking for the same thing) Thanks

I checked Junk It's online quote after one of the bigger franchise chains. The quote was 20% less, so I gave them a shot. They were pleasant and personable when they arrived. But I was in a bit of a rush. I guess they sensed that and went straight to work, two-manning all my large items without as much as a grunt. I went to work moving my "keep its" and they took care of my "junk its". Done in minutes, not hours. I expect every service call to be professional and courteous (as disappointed I've been with other companies). Junk It's efficiency and price-point will get them my next job too. -Basement in the spring!-
