Filthy results and Plenty of excuses
I called them based on reviews and Marina seemed eager to do a good job. When i went to check on the rental property that I manage today I was shocked to see that only the front windows were done,the radiators and the entry door windows was not even touched. She claimed she didn't know how to lift a slider windows out to clean! Furthermore her price went up from 150-200 to almost 400$.I messaged her and she reduced the bill from from 400 to 300. Today I went to visit the apartment and I was very suprised by the lack of effort put into the job.What a total waste of time and money.All i got from her was a lot of excuses (word barf). My recommendation is if you hire this company you must stay on top of them and check out everything they say they will do in real time as I was away last Saturday and fully gave over my trust .

Glen showed up on time and clearly explained what he was going to do. He basically took the blower cover off and installed 2 new blowers and applied a lot of elbow GREASE! to clean out all the grease. We cook pretty healthy but we were suprised too see how much grease these blowers pull. Glen is the Vent A Hood expert in the GTA. I would only use him as he was referred by the manufacturer. After spending spending a lot of money (22k) on their kitchen cabinets to find out they use inferior hardware and poor quality paint finishes ,they refuse to come out unless we pay 60.00 for a repair estimate. Also they are quite arrogant and coarse,I would NOT recommend using them ever again especially when there are so many fine cabinet companies in our market

Paul and manager were great.i needed a replacement keypad because some of the numbers were worn out and we couldn't disarm the alarm in time and set it off regularly. They sourced a keypad and provided great advice.Something we really appreciate.
