Hired this company based on the reviews and fair pricing. They respected the schedule and did a very good job in triming a tall hedge that was not properly maintained before, cutting few lower branches of a large tree and cleaning when completed. Brad is a pleasant person and communication was timely and effective. We are satisfied with the service and recomend this company.

We had a leak from the main bathroom shower that has been missdiagnosed by another company before and agravated in time. Decided to approach Tornado Plumbing based on the reviews on HomeStarst and I'm very happy I did so. 1. Responsiveness and Communication - great! returned my service inquiry right away, had a call to understand the issue and scheduled the visit on the spot 2. Expertise and Quality - great! the issue was diagnosed in 5 mins and subsequently fixed. Proper cleaning was done after work completion. Sergey and his collegue are highly professional and pleasant persons. Will not hesitate to approach this company for our future needs. Highly recommend.

Best experience ever with a contractor! Communication and responsiveness - 10 Execution - outstanding (wish I can give an 11) We were very concerned due to the layout of our countertop (huge L shape) . Since it was not possible to cut it from one slab of granite, the color and pattern variations could not be avoided. We opted for quartz at Natalia's suggestion and it was a good decision. Quartz has very little, if at all, variation in color and pattern. What made me beyond happy is the fact that the seams between the 2 pieces of stone used are almost invisible. Perfect cut and match. Same perfect cut for the undermount sink despite missing the template from the manufacturer and difficult shape. I recommend Rockstella without any reservations.

Rafal helped us with a gas line installation for a new cooktop and the exhaust of the hood. Punctuality - 10. Estimate accuracy - 10. Price - fair. Quality - 10. As other reviewer mentioned, Rafal is not messing around. He came and did the job properly, neat and quickly. He is true to what he says in the Company profile: he treats his customers as friends. I'm keeping his phone number handy now for all my HVAC needs.
