I bought a air conditioner from Peter in 2008. The air conditioner currently does not work. Peter checked this out and found a part needed to be replaced. This was late August. Now Sept. 11 after repeated calls I have been told Peter is busy and will get to it later. My complaint is why not tell me? Update: Oct. 16th. Still no repair. Peter said was unable to respond to any emails til Oct. 1st. Another contractor RED TAGGED!!! (My A/C... advised Peter)... to date no visit. Called Enbridge gas confirmed the REG TAG and suggested poor installation. Have submitted pictures of RED TAG to Homestars. This problem dates back to AUGUST.

Thank you for your review Brian. After our initial assessment we immediately contacted the manufacturer to source out the replacement part. We also allocated a time slot in our schedule to complete the repair. Unfortunately the part crucial for the repair did not arrive on time as expected. This delay is very unfortunate and out of our control. I had several phone conversations with you and your wife. We also send you an email and text messages. We can understand your frustration and can assure you that we did everything we could to assist you.
Update: We take pride in every of our installations. All of them are according to code and bylaws. Regulations may change over the years. We offered you to make modifications to your system but you decided to go ahead with a competitor. We respect your decision.
