I have used Maids Matter for a few years now. They are reliable and extremely trustworthy. Over the years, they have been flexible to occasional schedule changes as well as special requests (such as cleaning refrigerators and ovens). Their cleaning crews are diligent and honest. I have felt comfortable to the point of allowing the cleaning crew to sign out my keys to my condo (and enter my residence) when I am not at home. Occasionally, when there has been shortcoming in the service, management has been responsive in making it up. I especially like their personalized phone call prior to each cleaning appointment. I am extremely happy with the service and I fully expect to keep using them well into the future.
