We purchased a new to us home in 2014 and had QHI replace all of the windows and sliding glass doors. They look fantastic and the window trim they use STILL blows me away, it’s gorgeous. The install was quick and easy and has made a huge difference in the appearance of the interior and exterior of our home along with the overall energy efficiency. This week we had our new Novatech door and sidelights installed and we are once again so impressed by QHI and their products and installation. We had a standard double door entry with wood framing from the 1980’s. We lost a lot of heat through that door, it whistled on a windy day and was very noisy when opening and closing. We chose an oversized single door with frosted glass side panels with black trim, with Roberts assistance. We recommend QHI to others every chance we get!

I called Vince based on some recommendations for a local plumber, he contacted me on the same day and came over to address the repairs the very next day (on a Saturday, no less!) Replacing the wax ring addressed a leak we had coming on to the ceiling below the toilet, which Vince troubleshooted for us and offer various causes and solutions. The outdoor spigot in our 35 year old home was not attaching well to the hose causing major water loss when the water was turned on. We now have a shiny new spout that doesn’t leak a single drop when the hose is running. I walked into Trendy Cabinetry on a whim to see their displays as I was in the market for an oversized bathroom vanity. Jody was so helpful, she provided a custom sketch and quote on the spot. We continued to chat via email while I was finalizing my order. Her emails were very prompt and friendly. The order was very cost efficient, exactly how we wanted and painted to the colour of our choice - any Benjamin Moore paint colour available. They delivered our order two weeks ahead of schedule!
