I work for a social service agency and we have been using Pro-Tech Window Coverings for over four years. During this time we have only used Pro-Tech Window Coverings for our thirty group home locations. Whenever a call is placed to Flavio and his team, they are there the next day to meet with us. They have installed blinds for over twenty of our group homes, as well as put frosting on the windows for four of our group homes. Flavio is always willing to listen to our concerns, and provides us with clarification and suggestions that are quite helpful. Pro-Tech Windows is priced competitively and their service team is respectful to those who they come into contact with. The installation team was clean, polite and accurate. Flavio and his team have also been very generous in donating items to our agency that supports individual who have a dual diagnose and mental health issues.
