We had new windows installed on our main floor and in our basement in March 2015. After reviewing 6 different quotes, we took the chance with What a Window. It was a chance, because we didn't ask for references and there are not many reviews online. We really trusted Boris who is the owner. He is very professional and he gave us a lot of good advice about which windows to purchase. Also his price was very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. The installers were also professional and cleaned up very well after they completed the job. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and did everything that was promised in the work order. I highly recommend What a Window Ltd.

We had Tony conduct our home inspection in January 2013. He arrived on time and did a very reliable and thorough job inspecting our home. We felt confident purchasing our home after reviewing his findings. He was excellent at explaining the areas of concern and even gave us an idea of the cost of addressing those concerns. It's been two years since we moved in and there have been no issues and no surprises.
