From the moment that Etgar called me, I was blown away with his humility, politeness and professionalism. He was always on time and was fast and efficient. On the consult visit, he had nifty tool to pull out my stacked washer and dryer and right away got down to work. Within 10 minutes he diagnosed the problem and quoted me fairly and, on the spot, ordered the part that needed to be replaced. A few days later, he called to advise the part came in and he spent around an hour getting my dryer to working condition. He didn't leave until the work was done. He replaced the faulty control board, tested it, and it didn't work. Before I knew it, he had taken the whole dryer apart including the drum itself and started from scratch, noticing that the sensors were faulty as well. I was so impressed with his patience, knowledge of the products, and how he did everything with a smile on his face. I definitely found a honest, reliable, and trustworthy repairman that I'll be using for years. Thanks Etgar for being a cut above the rest!!!

During the recent ice storm, the roof of our house started leaking. The next morning I woke up early trying to find someone that would respond to my urgency and called a few companies on homestars but no one responded. I then found Toro Roofing.. Man, was Jason amazing. Without committing to using his services or getting the leak fixed, Jason advised me to just wait it out.. That after the ice melts the dripping won't be as much.. He advised for me to save my money and to wait out a couple of days to warmer weather.. He said I would waste $250 for him to do a call and just break up the ice... What honesty and service- you don't come by this every day. Jason came by the following Saturday, right on time, went up on the roof and explained what needed to be done immediately and what I may want to do in the near future. Within a couple of days, Jason and his guy came and repaired the roof within a couple of hours, granting my request of taking before and after pictures for my repair. Thank you Jason for your professionalism and honesty. Will be using your company for future work

Great experience with Mors, who came on a Sunday morning at 1030am. He was on time and worked pretty fast to get the job done. He installed our new dishwasher and made some recommended adjustments and also did a test run to ensure there's no leaks. Amazing work for a great price.

Very impressed and extremely satisfied with the service of Eugene and his team. Called Eugene Saturday morning as my furnace was leaking water due to a clogged drain/tube and has also been vibrating due to another company messing with my furnace when doing my duct cleaning. Oleg came in on time and assessed the situation in detail advising what was wrong, what his plan was to repair it, and what I have to do to properly maintain my furnace and also work that has to be done on my cooling system come summer. His service, knowledge and workmanship was phenomenal and I'm happy I found a furnace company I can rely on.
