The problem with my leaking basement began last year and I called a different company before Guardian Seal to diagnose the problem and the other company merely injected a crack that they found and that was it. The problem started back again a couple of weeks later and the other company's work wasn't guaranteed. I called Guardian Seal and Joe was able to get to the root of the problem and he provided me with a warranty on top of that. No problems with my basement afterwards.
