We recently had Lakeview Floors supply and install hardwood in our Living Room and Dining Room and replace the carpeting in all of our bedrooms and Family Room. We were very well satisfied with every aspect of our dealings with Lakeview . . . the advice, pricing, product, installation and communication throughout our project. We initially met Mat Thompson of Lakeview at the Home Show in September, and he was one of 3 flooring retailers we subsequently met with to discuss our needs and to get advice and pricing estimates. Right from our first discussion, we were pleased with Mat's knowledge of his products and the advice he was able to give us. Pricing was not our sole determinant, but his pricing was very competitive, and that, combined with the comfort level we established in dealing with him led us to select Lakeview Floors for our project. The extent of the area in our home to be re-floored meant there had to be alot of shuffling of furniture among rooms during the project, and Mat was very accommodating in scheduling his installers to facilitate that. We were equally pleased with the installation work done by Sam (for carpeting) and Jordan (for hardwood). Both were considerate of our needs while they were in our home, were very capable and professional in their installations, and were very careful to clean up after completing their work. When the overall work was completed, Mat personally re-visited our home to inspect the finished work and to ensure our complete satisfaction. At various times during our dealings with Lakeview, we had contact with other staff at their office, and, without exception, we found them to be pleasant, courteous and fun to deal with. We would not hesitate to recommend Lakeview Floors to others.
