The Absolute Worse Moving Company, Dishonest and Heartless! We were promised directly by Mathew ( Owner) that our belongings where to arrive with in 2 to 5 days but in fact did not show up 3 weeks later. We did not receive any phone calls from Landmark during the 3 weeks and it was impossible to get a straight answer from the company as to when our belongings would arrive .Every time we called we were directed to the manager who was unreachable as we left message after message with no response. At one point we were told that the truck had broken down but was later discovered that it was not the case as we discussed this situation to the driver when he finally arrived. Also a customer service rep let it slip that the company was waiting for more deliveries in our area before they make our delivery. On the day our belongings arrived we finally got through to the manager hours before the delivery truck showed up. For our trouble he told us that we would receive a %5 discount...... pocket change compared to the how much the move cost as well as the pain and suffering Landmark put our family with 2 small children through. When the delivery showed up the driver claimed that he knew nothing about the discount and said we had to pay in full or our belongings would be put in to storage. As our things were held at ransom we had to pay the full bill. PLEASE! PLEASE! do not use this moving company they are horrible to have put my family through the worst time of our LIVES!
