In a sellers' market there are chances that buyers take to get the best deal for their dream home. This is why it so important to have a home inspection. Most recently, my husband and I found our "Forever" home that we fell in love with- imagined our kids on Christmas mornings seeing the presents under the tree as they ran down the curved staircase, summer BBQ's in the backyard, and day to day living for all of our family needs. That emotional response is quite common I'm sure. After a conditional offer, we booked our home inspection online with Vesta Property Inspections, our inspector, Curtis arrived at the appointment on time and prepared. The home inspection report was prioritized by level of importance and severity. Along with detailed descriptions, appropriate photos were provided to support the findings. From electrical to structural concerns, Curtis itemized each of his findings in a way that we were able to make the right decision for the safety and financial future of our family.
