My mother in law is a widow andwe set her up on the automatic refile as well as rental furnace and hot water tank through Irving. Needless to say, we have received great service for her. Always friendly repair men, and customer service reps. the irving company have great cutomer service and are always on time and respond quickly when you call up for delivery of fuel. We couldn't ask for anything better for our mom.

Never again will I buy a house constructed by this complany. We have had nothing but problems with our home and to try an get someone to come and see what the issues are and fix them is impossible. Needless to say not impressed with this company at all.

We needed some help picking out materials to build a safety gate on our fron patio so that our 1 year old could play outside without falling down the stairs. The sales associate was great in helping us out even gave us some hints on how to install.
