Needed to replace a 35 year old furnace and 25 year old AC. Heard horror stories about the cost of heat pumps...Friend paid $12K after rebate. I was referred by a different friend who was really impressed with their install 4 years ago in his house. Chris came out and explained the way the system works, and I had a quote in 15 minutes. Didn't try to upsell the higher end unit, as "it would be overkill...you wouldn't notice a difference". Based on the quote and the referral, I didn't even bother with another quote. Install team was friendly and professional. Explained every step, and cleaned up the work area. The heat pump is SO quiet. Highly recommended. My brother in law is a HVAC tech, and he was impressed.

Alan- thank you so much for sharing this valuable experience. We absolutely love the feedback and appreciate your thoughts and experience.

The only reason our prices are lower is simply because we are fair and nice people, and we choose to take less profit per job, but we gain more volume and more happy customers.

It seems everybody else just wants to make so much profit on you that they don't care if you can't buy groceries the following week.

We truly want the best for everyone.

Enjoy your new system, thank you from myself and my brother, Christopher and everybody here at Convertible Heating

Thank you

Was very pleased with both the speed and quality of the installation. Wayne was very prompt in responding to my questions, and managed to squeeze this job in within a couple days. He even threw in a new handle (my door didn't come with an outside handle. Very pleased, and no hesitation to recommend him!

Bought a live edge table from them several years ago at Aberfoyle antique market. Very pleased. We get comments on it from everyone that comes over. When renovating our bathroom, we were looking for "that" piece...the "oh, wow" finishing touch. We gave them the measurements for a 1.5" walnut countertop. That was pretty much the best $350 I've spent. It changed the reno from nice to showpiece. Stop by their showroom/workshop at the Freelton Antique Market. You'll leave amazed. Their inventory changes regularly, so if you see something you like, buy it....it likely won't be there next week. I made that mistake last month on a beautiful office desk :(

Was looking for someone to place some large armour stones along the edge of our driveway, as well as remove a large concrete walkway in the backyard. Graeme (owner) responded quickly, stopped by for a quote (to make sure I wasn't well over my head and over my budget), and showed up when he promised. 7 hours later I (and, more importantly, my wife) are very pleased. Highly recommended.
