For the last 3 months I have been searching for a material called Super White Granite. This material is rare but I found it in Toronto and at Custom Granite in Stoney Creek. The sales rep at Custom Granite informed me that this material was softer thank most granite and you should use caution because it scratches and could etch with acids. When I was in Toronto I wasn't told anything about this material other than it was amazing and all the famous designers use it in there kitchens. My wife and I have 3 kids and use our kitchen everyday. I'm so happy I was told about Custom Granite because I got the correct information to make an educated decision. We ended up going with the Super White on our island and Caesar stone Concrete on our perimeter which is our prep area now. I recommend Custom Granite 100%
