Based on the Homestars excellent reviews and after visiting recent projects done by Classic Pools in Durham Region, along with getting opinions from the end users, we had selected Classic Pools to do work in our back and front yards, which took about a month, most of August 2015. Given the fairly large scale of our project, we did not want to handle various trades (gas/electric/fence/irrigation etc) and the potential scheduling conflicts that could arise, especially due to our busy work schedules. To mitigate this potential issue, we went with the recommended contractors by Classic Pools and were glad we chose this path, as the project went very smoothly, since they have all been working with Classic Pools for many years. Classic Pools provided us many value added features, based on their experience. They provided guidance where needed but yet the final decision was always ours. Even though, prior to commencing the work, we had agreed to a certain design in our contract, however during the actual construction project we were always given the opportunity to make any major/minor adjustments as needed at certain stages. This was very important as some of the features once actually installed, did not look as appealing as they did on paper and had to be changed/tweaked. Overall the project was a success without any hickups. We are very pleased with the workmanship of Gregg. Dave did an excellent job with the Pavers. At the end it felt like a family affair.
