When I started looking at doing my kitchen and bathroom, I asked around to my friends and co-workers that had recently had their kitchen done. They had gone to Custom Granite and and said that the time line and service was great. When I got there, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and I received my quote right then and there. No waiting for someone to call me in a couple of days. My sales rep (Jen) was very friendly and knowledgeable when describing the difference between Quartz and Granite and answering any other questions I had. The templater that came to measure as well as the installers, was very nice and friendly and worked very professionally.
