My washer broke, and need a repair. Found JSN Appliances Repair on HomeStars. Sam, the owner and the main repairmen, showed up as agreed, to try fix the washer. He couldn't do it that day, and needed to come back the next day with additional parts. He again showed up on time, as agreed. Unfortunately, the machine needed a major repair, which he clearly and honestly presented to me. After I refused that, he removed from the washer the newly installed parts, for which he didn't charge me a thing. He returned those parts back to the store, which amazed me! Too many times I ended up paying for something I didn't need, and this was a huge (pleasant!) surprise. All I had to pay was the actual time he spent on trying to fix the machine, which is way less than any other contractor charged me in the past. It was refreshing to see the honestly and integrity Sam possessed, and I am still impressed with his professionalism and sincerity. I will definitely call him again any time I need help with appliances, and wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who needs professional repair help. Thanks, Sam! Appreciate your honesty.
