Went with this company because the designer was very knowledgeable and I really liked their product. The contractor and his crew were fantastic and I am very pleased with the way my kitchen looks. I can't say that I was displeased with anything until the very end of the reno. A piece of my flooring was damaged when they were taking out the old cupboards and I was reasurred that the floor would be fixed. Despite numerous e-mails, the hole is still there. She didn't even bother getting replying to my last e-mail.
