Our basement was a mess and when we called for our free estimate, Joe was very willing to come to our home and look at the damages. He was able to give us a prompt response since my husband and I have very demanding schedules. He contributed some very informative suggestions and took the time to explain our options for repairing our leaks. He definitely did not give the impression that he was just there to profit like some of the unnamed competitors. And most importantly, the leaks have disappeared and we now have our dry basement back! Thank you very much for the hard work and good service.
