My Samsung dishwasher broke down and Mors came to diagnose the problem. He came in the evening and after diagnosing the issue, he had to come back twice. There was a hose issue then a motor issue. He did not ask for a payment until the issue was completely resolved. Very pleasant and customer oriented. He did not hesitate to travel to Mississauga on a weekend. His hours were very flexible.
