Overall, very satisfied with the end result. Quality of work was outstanding, crew excellent. From a customer experience perspective, a few hiccups on the front end. There was a mix up between what the estimator had understood about job scope, and what was actually required. To their credit, Five-Star made it right and completed the work with excellence at the contracted price. Yuriy and the on-site crew were amazing. They prepped as the house as was needed, which meant an extra day of scraping, sanding and papering. They spray painted nearly every surface which means that the paint goes on thick, gets into every crevice and finish is velvety smooth. Yuriy is very skilled on the spray gun. The entire team are polite, friendly work well together and appear to both enjoy and take pride in their work. It was a pleasure having them around.

Friendly service, good scheduling and quick response. A pretty simple job (pick up wood and construction materials at the curb). I thought it was somewhat overpriced for what I had them do - curbside pick up. You pay by the space in their truck, so get the best value by having their crews muscle the items from your yard or home vs you doing it yourself.

Gus responded promptly to my job, and assured us of how his crew would handle our project. We needed to fish wire so were looking for minimal holes and good clean up. Emmanuel came the next day, was very courteous and friendly, made sure he understood our needs the did a super job. Minimal holes were very nicely patched up afterwards, and he cleaned his way out the door. Very satisfied.

We had a tricky reno on an 1890 Victorian duplex. Walls and floor slanted everywhere, fire separations requiring boxing about 20 pot lights, building fire chases and more. Rob's crew did a great job with it all. Taping was especially impressive. Nearly every job like this has small fixes afterward, or work that needs to be made right. Rob Mason takes care of his customers and he sends his guys back to finish things that are off in the original work. He makes sure it's done right. Pricing is also fair. In a world where you get what you pay for, Rob's Renos offers great value and peace of mind.

thank you very much for your review todd. i do apologize about the late response, been hectic with work lately and with christmas fast approaching makes it even more hectic, but like i always say no excuse, so i do apologize. Your house was interesting to accomplish. there were alot of tricks that needed to be pulled out of the hat on this one. with the joists not being level, and with corners not being straight we had to frame, level and then board almost every upright in the house and use a special kind of tape to form sharp corners. but like i say we love challenges and are not affraid of them. Your house was a challenge, but we learned a lot. thanks for the experience. and thanks for the opportunity to work with you, i had a great experience and hope to work with you again in the future. good luck with the house and dont hesitate to call if you need anything at all. thanks again todd.
