i booked service on Friday for a Monday cleaning. The phone number on the website doesn't connect unless I make a long distance call. In Calgary the cleaners were given the wrong address so cleaners had to call our house to find out proper location. Office didn't give them correct address. Also, they did not receive full instructions on measuring for gutter guards so crew didn't know to bring a measuring tape. Work was as expected, and that is why the review is 2/10 instead of 0/10. This lack of communication is very unimpressive. We will definitely not be using their service again, ever.
