This is a review directed to anyone who are thinking about having "Precision Exterior" doing work on your house. They offers services including the following - Interior / Exterior Painting - Gutter / Roof Cleaning - Cedar Roof Restoration / Re-roof - Pressure wash / Roof Cleaning Personally I did not have a good experience with them. However, it may just be a bad case, therefore this is only intended as my personal review of them. 1) Before handling them the cheque for works done, discovered a few items that were promised but left undone. 2) When need to have warranty work done, found out that they do not intend to do any warranty work that they claimed they would do. When call them for warranty work, they will make appointment with you but they do not intend to show up nor give you any notice. After that, they won't pick up your phone. In my opionion, the way they conduct business is totally unacceptable. Therefore, I would not recommand them to anyone. Re : Precision Exterior ( Phil : 604-910-8720 )

They offers services including the following - Interior / Exterior Painting - Gutter / Roof Cleaning - Re-roof / Cedar Roof Restoration - Roof Cleaning / Pressure wash Please be careful with these guys if you are going to have them work on your house or condo. 1) Before handling them the cheque for works done, please do yourself a favor and check to make sure that they did what they promised. 2) Make sure they write all the details that they said they would do down on the receipt. In my case, they told me that they would warrranty for x years,but at the end they did not intend to do warranty work they said they would do. 3) They would make appointment with you for re-check the work but they will not show up nor give you any notice. Furthermore, they will not pick up your phone.
