I hired Ben to do a complete removal and replacement of a very leaky flat roof at the rear of the house. There was a lot of wood replacement required and it was beautifully done. I appreciated his attention to detail and the awesome cleanup job.

I was demolishing part of my garage and needed a bin to remove the debris. Big Ben's was recommended to me by a friend who also does pickups but was unable to fit me in because he was already booked. I had a very tight time window to do the loading and so I scheduled it for 7:30am and arranged a helper for the loading. The driver apparently got held up at the transfer station dumping a previous load so was an hour late. So I was a bit disappointed as I had mentioned this when arranging the bin. Otherwise the service was great and I got the job done.

This was an upgrade to the existing bathroom and two bedrooms as we were preparing to rent the basement spaces. The work was completed quickly despite a few aggravations (those always show up when you are renovating an older home). I had seen Dale's work on another home and was happy to hire him because he was one of the people who showed up to do the work. So I was not worried that something would get missed or worse, avoided. And the other nice thing was being kept in the loop on where things were at. It was never hard to reach him. A very satisfactory job with no headaches. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
