The group of 3 workers from Hilco Electric Ltd were on time and efficient. They completed the job in about 2 days and came back to run a test to see if it worked and to show us the mechanics of the system. Everyone was very friendly. Since they have installed it, we have activated the alarm by accident several times and the monitoring system have responded very promptly. My dryer kept turning off during drying and would get very hot, I called Commercial Vent Cleaning and was scheduled for an appointment right away. The safe home technician had found that both my dryer and vent were extremely clogged and that the lint in the dryer had started to turn black from overheating. All the lint was removed from the system and my clothes actually dry now. Commercial Vent Cleaning was very polite and courteous and did a great job.
