An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Neil was a true professional. We discussed a price and time, the bin was delivered on schedule and he verified all protocol. We set a pick up time and he was on schedule, cleaned the driveway and you would not even know the bin was there. We had no mess, no damage and the mess was gone for the price discussed. I have used other companies and this was the best service and experience yet with anyone. I will use Neil again and highly recommend Roadrunner Bins to anyone who wants a great experience.
