I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Glenmore Doors. I requested quotes through Homestars on a Saturday. Jim from Glenmore Doors got in touch with me through email that same day and asked a few questions. By end of the day I had a quote in hand. Four days later I had all my quotes in hand and chose the quote that Jim sent me. One week later the new door and opener were installed. Jim and the team at Glenmore Doors were easy to work with. They answered all my questions and the installer was very good at both demoing the new door and opener and instructing me in how to set up new codes. I will be recommending this company in the future.

I'm trying to get my garage in a usable state. It's been unused except as a garbage dump for years. First step was to get the roof replaced which was completed last year. The next thing needed was to get the junk out of the garage in preparation for the install of a new double garage door and opener. This past Saturday I posted on Homestars a request for quotes for Junk removal. Keith responded right away and asked for pictures to base his quote on. Later on Saturday when Keith gave me his quote, I found it quite reasonable and accepted right away. We made arrangements for Keith and team to start the job on Monday morning. Keith and Kevin showed up on time Monday morning. They were friendly and very easy to work with. I pointed out what was to be kept and they had at it. A couple of times Keith came to me, identifying items that they had found and wanting confirmation that they were to take it away. In most cases I kept the stuff they pointed out. A little over two hours later the junk was gone and the garage was swept clean. It was the first time I'd seen the garage floor in years!!! Thank you Keith and Kevin for all the hard work. I chose Turning Leaf from the three quotes I received to remove the 12 Poplar trees that had grown up on the other side of my garage. When I accepted the quote, I received an email saying they would try to fit my job into their schedule within the next 4 weeks and I would get a call the day before. The next day I got a call from Blaine who told me his crew had just finished a job in my area and he wanted to know if they could come over an complete my project. I, of course, said yes. His crew arrived just before noon and went right at it. They had all the trees down and the area cleaned up and were gone by 3 pm. Great job, well done. I'll be using this company in the future when I need to address a diseased pine tree in my front yard.

I needed a new patio door. Adam came over a week and a half ago on a Wednesday, to give me a quote. He was very easy to talk with and we discussed my options and I was told that as a manufacturer, if they had to build the door it would be 10 to 12 weeks. If it was in stock, it would be considerably quicker. Two days later on Friday, an installer came over to take measurements. We discussed my choices and I decided to change my order. I originally wanted a patio door with triple panes. I changed my order to a double pane patio door with internal mini-blinds. The following Tuesday, I received a call saying the patio door I wanted was in stock and they wanted to schedule the installation for Thursday. The crew showed up on time and were very professional, friendly and efficient. Once installed, they walked me through the use of the sliders for the mini-blinds. Thank you so much for the quick turnaround and excellent job. I couldn't be any more happier with the outcome.

The folks from Windows R Us showed up on time and got right to work. My gutters desperately needed cleaning and the downspouts cleared. The gutters were full of water from the rain the day before. Less than an hour later they were finished. They showed me before and after pictures and everything looks clean and ready to handle any rain in the future. Thank you Windows R Us. You did a fine job and I'm 100% satisfied.

Konrad came in this morning to unplug the drain pipe leading away from my kitchen sinks. He was able to get water flowing in no time. He also noticed that I had replaced all the plumbing and put in two new sink traps. He checked the plumbing I had done out and tightened things here and there as needed. He also did an adjustment on a couple of toilets. The adjustments and tightening was done at no charge. Just let me have a quick look at other things that might need a quick adjustment. All in all, a very pleasant experience. I'll be giving this company a call in the future if I need a plumber.

I had Distinguished Roofing come in and re-shingle the roof on my house and repair and re-shingle the roof on my garage. I was satisfied throughout the process from the quote given me by Marty to the finished product. All the crews were pleasant to deal with and very professional. I last had my house re-shingled over 20 years ago. My garage needed re-shingling at the time, but I couldn't afford it, so it wasn't done. 20+ years later and it was in bad shape. Bare wood exposed to the elements and 3 or 4 large holes in the roof. I suspect some companies would have passed this job by or charged outrageous prices to do the work. But Marty gave me an all-inclusive quote that was very reasonable. A framing crew came in and replace all the wood on the garage roof along with replacing some of the wood on the trusses. The result is that the garage looks amazing from what it started out as. All in all, I am very satisfied with the whole experience and would recommend this company to anyone needing re-shingling or roof repair.

My existing furnace was 39 years old. It was time to get a replacement. I decided on a top of the line Lennox. Kyle and Gary showed up on time, placed drop clothes from my front door to the basement and got to work. I work from home so was available for questions at any time. They asked a few but mostly just worked to get the job done. Throughout the whole process they were very courteous and hard working. It was a pleasure having them in my house doing this job. When they fired up the new furnace, I knew I had made the right decision. Looking over the completed job, I had one concern, and that was the placement of the water discharge line from the furnace. When I voiced my concern, they changed the location immediately without even questioning me about it. I am completely satisfied with the work done and am happy I made the decision to replace my old furnace.
