After our basement was flooded we contacted two waterproofing companies. Zibby gave us a quote saying that they were licensed by the city of Toronto and that we would be eligible for a rebate. The work was completed with a sump pump installed. When I went to check if it worked, it was not properly installed. Zibby claimed he had checked it, however, that could not be possible. Also, it turns out they are NOT licensed in the city of Toronto. Therefore, not eligible for sump pump rebate.Nothing worse then being taken advantage of when one deals with a flooded basement. Not pleased at all

This costumer was supplied with licence and was able to receive his rebate. The sum pump was installed correctly on the firs place ( sometimes Professor Google knows better!) and he has no more complains.
