We installed windows on Oct 8, 2014 by Vinyl City. Few hours after we found there is a very big constant noise in the two bedrooms from the outside traffic, that waked us couple of times. On the second day, we can hear all the sounds like kids playing in the school playground, the airplane... clearly! So, we called the company. One week later they sent the guy who had installed them to have a check. What can you expect the same guy to do? He did nothing except saying: there is no problem on install but cheap window. When we call again they made excuses and never call back as they promissed. That is what their product and service like. I will report to Better Business Bureaus soon if they keep refusing to provide service..
