Tomer was a pleasure to work with. He and his team designed and built a stunning PVC deck with railing for our backyard. He was knowledgeable, reliable, always punctual and very responsive. He was also flexible and willing to meet our needs to work within our budget. I would highly recommend Living Construction and expect to use them again.

Mayfair Pools

I hired Mayfair pools to close my 16x32 ingound pool in early November. I wasn't home when the work was done but it looked like a clean and well organized job. About two weeks after the closing, the pool cover partially fell into the pool. I contacted Mayfair but was told that the warranty period for pool closings is 24 hours. The pool cover is supposed to last all winter but they only warranty their work for the first 24 hours. I fished two full water bags out of the pool and finished the job myself.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Provide a longer warranty on the service performed and set clear expectations of circumstances that will not be covered BEFORE I purchase the service.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Make sure you supervise the work and/or report any issues with poorly secured water bags within whatever warranty period is offered.
