We recently saw squirrels trying to get into our attic. Tony came quickly and doubly reinforced this seam to give both peace of mind and prevent squirrels from entering our home. He refused payment, saying this is part of the warranty. We are very grateful for Tony's timely help.

We had a leak from our sink's trap and phoned on Saturday to arrange for service on Tuesday. The operators on the phone were very helpful. Mike arrived right on time worked quickly while keeping us informed as he worked. The job was done in less time than I thought it would take.

Tony and his crew did a thorough and timely job. They worked solidly from morning to night - to complete this job while showing attention to details (e.g. saving a bird's nest & eggs that were lodged in the old eavestrough; matching the piping to the external walls and roof in one section; completely cleaning up after the job was done). Excellent service from start to finish. Very helpful and informative crew. I'd highly recommend them. We are doing home improvements in preparation to sell our Toronto home. Ben who initially met with us was very helpful. Jerry kept us informed as to the scope and details of the project on an as need basis. When more supplies were needed - e.g. tiles, they quickly took care of it. The real estate agent who is selling our home thought the work excellent - as do we.

Valentin came right away and took care of unfreezing our pipes during this long-weekend (Family Day). The price slightly lower than he quoted and the service excellent. He even gave us tips to prevent this problem from happening in the future. We've used Valentin before and are happy with his work.
