We hired The Carpet Wizard (Ian) to clean an area rug, as well to clean and seal our entryway and kitchen tile and grout. The carpet was cleaned offsite and was delivered back to us in excellent, clean condition. No more dog smell or fur! Our tile and grout has been a challenge to clean to say the least, mostly due to our 3 fur kids running in and out. sometimes with muddy paws. In addition, the regular spills and accidents (coffee, pasta sauce) and other contaminants left us never able to clean the grout to an acceptable 'shade of dirt' despite numerous attempts doing so by hand with different 'safe cleaning recipes', brushes, etc.. In a matter of 2.5 hours Ian was done and our tile and grout looked better than the day it was installed. Worth every penny! Thank you Ian for your professional, kind, and considerate service to us, as well as your attention to detail and consideration to our pets. It was greatly appreciated!

We required a huge amount of high quality mulch delivered and spread throughout our property to cover the mud pit that our dogs had created and were tracking into our home. Andrew provided us with sound advice regarding our drainage concerns and delivered a high quality, safe product eliminating the aggravating issues we were experiencing! Let's Landscape Together's employees, and equipment were efficent and thorough, saving time and expense. When there was a small issue with our project Andrew listened to our concerns and efficiently rectified them. We will not hesitate to call upon them again in the future!

Shawn arrived as scheduled and inspected our troughs and downspouts before cleaning them thoroughly and performing repairs as needed. He is a well spoken, courtesy and efficent professional and I was impressed with the work he completed and the time and manner in which he did so. Our floor drain had been backing up occasionally since we purchased the home 3+ years ago and finally at the end of this past week water it was backing up continuously so we called DrainWorks. The technician Jim arrived and gave us time to corral our dogs and then went to work assessing the situation, explaining his diagnosis and our options. He then and located and exposed the 'clean out' which had been dry walled over by the previous owner. Jim worked quickly and cleanly snaking the drain, pulling out a huge bundle of tree roots along with toilet paper etc., allowing the waste to finally flow out to the sewer. Efficient, polite, and considerate, Jim represented DrainWorks like a true professional, thank you!
