Stay away from these guys! Do not do business with them! This Company cancelled on me twice, they finally came this morning and I showed them want needed to be cleaned and they tried to up-sell me on some additional services, but I told them I just wanted the carpets cleaned, as what was stated in the Groupon I purchased. They left my house and said they were getting their equipment from their truck, and guess what, they left and never came back!!! Unbelievable! What a bunch of unprofessional people! My advice would be if you purchased a Groupon for this Company, call Groupon and get a refund and tell them that you have heard and read about how terrible this Company is and you don't want them in your home! Save yourself the hassle! I will also be reporting them to the BBB.

We had a home energy audit done on our home this past week and Darren from Carson Dunlop was very professional and took the time to explain everything he was doing in our home, and what issues we had with our home, and how we could qualify for certain grants once we made a few changes in our home.

I found Downtown Appliance Repair to be very professional and fair in pricing. Richard came to fix our fridge within 1 days notice and it is now working great. I would highly recommend Richard for any of your appliance repairs.
