Replaced my garage door with these folks when we bought our home. The invoice stipulates a 1 year warranty on parts and labour. Before the first year was up, the rubber padding at the bottom became torn up on one end. I called to have the door serviced and was charged $150 to replace the rubber!! Was told that only mechanical failures are covered by warranty.

Easy to schedule an appointment. Steven was very thorough. They have a binder (which you get to keep after) which has a very extensive list of everything they nned to check. Steven went above and beyond the suggested inspections and even checked the different grades of the land around the house to ensure proper water drainage.

David was incredible. Very knowledgeable and worked with us to provide the best solution that fit our needs and budget. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and even gave some professional tips about viewing angles and getting the best use of the Monster articulating mount I had purchased. A stand-up guy and worth every penny, we couldn't be more pleased.

My wife and I decided to do the window coverings on the top 2 floors of our house and called Night and Day, after reading the reviews on this site. Although we were a significant distance from the storefront, Ana and Jason completed the project in a timely manner and the blinds and shutters were exceptional. In addition, the service we received was unbelievable and the price was very competitive. If we decide to do the basement windows, we will definitely be choosing Night and Day.

We had been advised by the home inspector, when we purchased our home last year, of some crumbling foundation on the south-facing side. Although we were advised that the damage was merely cosmetic and had no structural significance we decided to have it repaired. This summer we hired the crew from Casa Loma. They were exceptional in every way and went above and beyond by digging several feet down and continued the foundry work right around the back of the house to the deck in order to make sure it was a uniform look. Would definitely hire again.

We noticed since we purchased our house that one of the showers upstairs was unable to get anything more than luke-warm to semi-hot water even when the faucet was turned all the way. When Flavio and Matt arrived, just like most problems, we couldn't reproduce the issue right away. They were extremely patient and thorough and checked all faucets in the house and the hot water tank. Ended up being the shower cartridge. Now my shower is scalding hot. Will be calling them back to install the anti-scalding valve as we are expecting a new addition to the family. Excellent job and competitive rates.
