I've contacted the company through Home Stars, they replied with an email asking for drawings, sqft of the basement and the timeline. The information was sent, the company confirmed receiving it, and from this point I never heard back. Sent them another email and nothing again, they didn't have the basic decency responding in any way whatsoever. Good luck with that type of companies...
