We hired John to do our hardwood floors, and we were not disappointed. It has taken me a while to write this review, but he did our installation last year. First off John was super patient, I am not trusting by nature and after hearing many horror stories, I was nervous. He was super patient, answered all my questions and gave great suggestions. Our installation looked amazing and all of our transitions were made by him, looked much better than what the pre fabs look like. I can say its been about a year and there has been no issues. He also did a tile install at our back door landing which was also impeccable. I have included some pics, one is unfortunately quite dark. I am very appreciative of John and his staff for their patience with me and the family, and even the dogs and cats!! I have recommended Eco Forest Flooring to several people and my sister also used them to do baseboard install and she also was very satisfied.

From the start Dave was a pleasure to deal with. He was open, enthusiastic about his work and provided great suggestions to reduce costs while ensuring the best functionality and quality needed. While working in one area he set things up so that it would be easy to supply power for future expansion in our basement at no extra cost. Took time to clean up even though they were not messy to start with. He and his assistant Randy explained everything without sounding condescending. Can't go wrong with Dave. Plan to use his services again in the future.

From the beginning of the project to completion I was none other than satisfied. The crew were efficient and hard workers. They took the time out of their work to answer my questions and although I expected my yard to look somewhat like a construction site after, this was not what happened. You would never have known I had a construction crew in my yard. As well the follow-up done by Kirk after the completion of the job was excellent. I would recommend this company to anyone based on their competitive prices and definitely the comfort I felt with the workers and the owner of the company himself who took the time out of his schedule to come and see me upon completion and answer any questions I had. Of which I had none as his crew had already quite courteously answered all of them. The only thing that I am even more happy with is that I don't have to replace my shingles for sometime now. It's a necessary expense to maintain a home but gee golly it doesn't make the out of pocket expense hurt any less! Haha.

Everything that everyone has said about Unlimited Builders is true. We found them through this site because we wanted to renovate our ensuite bathroom this year. Roman came out and gave us an estimate that we felt was fair and we set up a date to start the work. All the work was done by Roman and Greg. They came every day until the work was done. And the quality of the work is excellent. When the people came to measure our shower for the glass walls and doors, they appeared to be shocked that everything was perfectly square. We plan on renovating our kitchen next year and plan on using Roman for that work as well. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is planning renovations.
