An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Our technician was outstanding. He introduced himself at the door and took off his boots before coming into the home. We took him to our basement where we found odd coloured wood shavings on the shelves of our cold room. He investigated the situation and found that we had an issue with carpenter ants. He found that the ceiling of the cold room had untreated wood and the isolation underneath was a light blue, which gave the wood shavings that odd colour of light brown and blue. He was knowledgeable and took the time to show us online what these ants look like and the damage they can do if the issue isn't resolved. We will have the tech back in early spring to begin treatment inside and out side the home. In the mean time we are replacing the untreated wood from ceiling to further help the situation. The tech was personable, informative and respectful of our home. We will continue to use HH Pest Control in the future due to his customer service. Thank you
