An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We have worked with Rent-A-Wife services for approximately 4.5 years. They have managed the cleaning services at several condos. Service has been top notch ,flexible. Generally we use the services of one person, however, in the event of vacations etc., another has filled in seamlessly. Extra services have also been provided on move-out and move-in of different facilities to ensure the vacated unit is cleaning upon closing and the new unit is ready to go. Flexibility has been very key in the availability for us as our schedule for the cleaning is very fluid. We have referred Rent-A-Wife to a few other people as well.
