Front door and side light being reordered for the 5th time! You would think after the 2nd reorder someone would be on top of this to ensure this this order comes in right but...no...reordering for the 5th time. This company has no quality control and all managers fail! Outrageous!

Firstly, Jordyn was our sales person from McKinley. Not only is she the sweetest thing ever, she is very knowledgeable and knows the ins and outs of all the different types of furnace. Her expertise is bar none. She worked very hard for us and went over and above what normally would be expected with the specific circumstances we had to deal with. Fredie and Melchor installed a new furnace for us and did a great job! They were friendly, courteous and very professional. Thank you McKinley for making this stress free

Do not use this company! Service is atrocious! We have been trying to get a couple issues resolved for 6 months. We have had numerous phone conversations with this company, have sent emails with photos depicting the issues. We have had service manager and installation manager come to our home and we are no further ahead. Frustration with the office manager is beyond words. Communication with this company falls on deaf ears and it appears there is no one in charge or no one capable of following through from A to B. BBB next step. The only positive comment I can leave is that the installers do great work which is why I have given this company at least a 1 star.

We replaced an existing gas fireplace in our basement which we found out had been installed by another company illegally. This replacement was the 3rd fireplace we have purchased from Wholesale Fireplaces. Our salesman, Jodi, is very knowledgeable, accommodating, patient and worked hard to set us up with what we wanted; went that extra mile. Dylan, who installed the fireplace was very professional, courteous and pleasant to have in our home. His workmanship on that install was exceptional, laid out throw blankets to cover the carpet and flooring; very clean and tidy. We are extremely happy with Alberta Wholesale Fireplaces and think our fireplace looks exquisite!

I had an extra large picture window installed which some other companies did not want to tackle. The installers did a fantastic job, were courteous, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Northern Windows. My window looks awesome.

Alberta Water Pros installed two frost free hosebibs TWO years ago. Without giving a lengthy description, one of the bibs started to fail. I phoned Alberta Water Pros, outlined my concerns to the receptionist who passed the info onto their tech. I received a return phone call shortly thereafter and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. Dave arrived as scheduled, replaced the hosebid without any questions and without charging me for the new part or his time. That is what I see as company integrity, doing the right thing because it's the right thing to do. Dave was polite, courteous and professional.

I hired Robert Electric from the positive reviews on Homestar. They were hired to install additional outlets in my kitchen and I am very satisfied with the work performed. The young man who carried out the job was very knowledgeable, curtious and friendly. I will use Robart again should further work arise.
