We had our gutter filled by Gutter Filter last week and they cleaned out all the old leaves for us and filled it up with the material. It will take some time before we can evaluate whether it was worth it, but time will tell if the leaves get blocked in the gutter again. Before, we were spending about $200 per year to get them cleaned, so this should solve the problem if it has been done correctly. I would just make sure that you know the length (measure your gutters) when getting an estimate because after they do the gutters, they come back with a price that may not match your initial quote. We had to tell them they clearly overstated the length of our gutters in the front back and they adjusted it because we were able to prove that their measurements were wrong. Just make sure you know what the final cost will be (or get an ACCURATE ESTIMATE).

I bought about $2000 worth of preengineered hardwood from Darmaga - Torly's brand. We went there twice to make a selection. They let us take home samples so that we could the wood in the natural lighting. Service was good, they even price matched for us cause we comparison shopped. We bought some additional pieces, such as a stairnose and t-molding. My only complaint is that the wood is a bit cheap (very thin) and scuffs easily.
