Exceptional! Jake has a very sincere, courteous manner and lives up to his promise of high quality workmanship. The job had to look great but also serve to divert storm water from a garden area. Jake and crew worked really hard (a pleasant, friendly team) to hit both marks! I'm so pleased and would highly recommend Shamrock.
Poor workmanship & customer service. Did not screw down free standing tub as instructed "loose" plumbing would have broken off if left. Located tub 8" from position shown to him. Inadequate supplies could not install shout off values for shower, and poor job of installing free standing foists "bolts not of standard. He cut a hole in duct work for plumbing but provided no cover. Left open for wiring i had to do but should have provided proper cover. When i advised him that i was not happy with loose tub and location of same, he advised me that he would want more money to relocate tub, and wanted my help lift tub to screw down tub. "i did this on my own" I had to relocated tub & foists myself to fix the problems "added drain piping and extended foist lines. Wasted my money with TC Redline. Would not recommend TC Redline.
